Service & Website Policy
Rules and operating terms for accounts, packets, authorized game servers, scheduled players, activity records, and support.
Service Description
BoostPanel connects automated GoldSrc player clients to a Counter-Strike server selected by the client. These players are automated service clients, not human players, and must not be represented as organic player traffic.
The panel provides server controls, packet capacity, generated player identities, manual player sessions, daily schedules, automatic reconnect settings, RCON tools, connection activity, and support workflows.
Packets, Players & Schedules
An active packet defines the account's total player capacity for its stated term. Capacity may be distributed across authorized servers. The panel prevents starts or schedule saves that exceed available slots.
Automatic reconnect may retry an interrupted player connection when enabled. A kick or drop can be configured to stay offline. Connections may still fail because of bans, server capacity, authentication policies, network conditions, plugin rules, or incorrect credentials.
Privacy & Activity Records
To operate the service, the panel stores account details such as username, email address, password hash, policy acceptance, packet and order records, authorized server IP and port, RCON configuration, schedule settings, generated player names and Steam IDs, connection status, support tickets, and service activity.
Client-visible activity is limited to useful player events such as connecting, joining, ready, online, reconnecting, renamed, kicked, banned, dropped, and scheduled status. Internal worker, implementation, and security diagnostics are not exposed in client logs.
- HTML and text exports contain the visible activity available to that authenticated client.
- Operational and audit records may be retained as needed for account support, abuse prevention, reliability, disputes, and legal obligations.
- Do not place personal, confidential, or unlawful information in player names, server notes, console commands, or support messages.
Account & Credential Security
Keep account and RCON credentials private, use a unique password, and remove access from people who are no longer authorized. Report suspected account or server credential compromise through Support promptly.
The service uses reasonable technical controls, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. You remain responsible for rotating RCON credentials and reviewing your game server configuration.
Availability & Maintenance
The service may pause player starts, reconnects, schedules, or packet sales during overload protection, emergency work, security response, upstream network failure, game-server rejection, or planned maintenance. Recovery is automatic where supported, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Maintenance may change connection behavior, supported controls, capacity limits, log presentation, or security requirements. Existing client data and armed schedules are preserved where technically practical.
Billing, Expiry & Renewals
Packet price, player capacity, activation state, and duration are shown before purchase. Expired packet capacity is no longer available, and affected sessions or schedules may be stopped or paused.
Billing errors, duplicate charges, or service-access problems should be reported through Support with the relevant order details. Refunds and corrections are handled according to the purchase terms and applicable consumer law.
Suspension & Enforcement
LongHorn may limit, pause, or terminate access when necessary to investigate unauthorized servers, credential abuse, attempts to bypass packet limits, harmful traffic, fraud, interference with service operation, or repeated policy violations.
Serious abuse may result in immediate action. Where appropriate, the client may contact Support to provide context or request a review.
Policy Changes & Support
This policy may be updated as the project, security controls, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the current policy applies.
Questions about authorization, privacy, packet operation, billing, or enforcement should be submitted through the authenticated Support page.
